Join me for a traditional strength training class where you will learn some classic strength training exercises in a fun, energetic environment with other incredible women! This is a BYOW class-AKA, bring your own weights! I encourage you to bring at least 2 different size dumbbells and resistance bands, if you have them. You decide what weights to use. I will also supply some extras if you don’t have any!
Bring your Sunday morning energy, sneakers, a yoga mat, those weights, a water bottle, and get ready to sweat with me!
